The crawler jaw crusher is a fully hydraulically driven, crawler-type mobile crushing equipment developed by Mecru. The equipment is mainly composed of a feeder, a jaw crusher, and a belt conveyor, and the production operation is integrated.

Working principle

Crawler jaw crushing equipment is often used for coarse crushing of materials and primary crushing of construction waste. First, the material enters the crushing cavity of the jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder, which has a pre-screening function. After being fully squeezed and crushed in the crushing chamber, it is conveyed to other equipment via a belt conveyor for the next step of crushing, or directly discharged via a belt conveyor to complete the crushing operation.
