Product Introduction

It is widely used in concentrator and ball mill with closed circuit cycle process of separation of ore sand, or used in gravity concentrator to classify ore sand and fine mud, metal beneficiation process of pulp particle size classification, and desliming in ore washing operation .The grading machine has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable work and convenient operation.

Working principle

The spiral classifier is based on the principle that the size and specific gravity of solid particles are different, so the settlement speed in the liquid is different.  Fine ore particles float in the water and overflow, and coarse ore particles sink to the bottom of the tank and are pushed up by the screw for mechanical classification.
