Spiral chute is a combination of the advantages of spiral concentrator, shaking table, centrifugal separator ,it is suitable for the separation size 0.3-0.02 mm fine material of iron ore, ilmenite, chromite, pyrite, zircon, rutile, monazite, phosphorus ore , tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium and  other non-ferrous metals, rare metals and non-metallic objects which has a specific gravity difference.

Working principle

The ore is sent to the two feed openings on the top of the screw, add supplementary water, adjust the concentration of ore paddle, The ores naturally swirl downward from high. An inertial centrifugal force is generated in the rotating flow of the inclined plane.The specific gravity, particle size and shape of ore.By swirling gravity and centrifugal force,The ore and sand are separated, the concentrate flows into the concentrate hopper and is piped out, and the tailings flow into the tailings hopper is piped into the sand tank and discharged, completing the whole process of mineral processing.
