Case Introduction

Liaoning is rich in iron ore resources, and as China’s heavy industry base, the demand for iron ore has always been huge. The customer needed to install an iron ore crushing production line for the upgrade and transformation of the mining plant. According to customer needs and site inspection, we have equipped the customer with a crushing and screening production line of vibrating feeder + jaw crusher + double cone crusher + vibrating screen, which fully meets the needs of the customer and is also deeply satisfied by the customer.

Detailed Configuration

The iron ore is fed by a vibrating feeder to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. Due to the high hardness of iron ore, the medium and fine crushing uses Mecru HPG multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for medium and fine crushing. Due to the large output requirements, a total of two multi-cylinder cone crushers were deployed for production. Two vibrating screens need to be screened after coarse crushing, and screening after medium and fine crushing.
