Case Introduction

Limestone resources are abundant in the world, distributed almost everywhere, its raw ore grade can generally meet the requirements of various industrial production. So the customer saw a high demand for limestone sand and decided to invest in a limestone sand making factory.

Detailed Configuration

Because the hardness of limestone is small, the CI impact crusher developed by Mecru is adopted for coarse crushing, with high strength rotor and heavy design, which makes it have great crushing force, and large materials can also be broken well. The material enters into CI impact crusher from vibrating feeder and enters into coarse breaking. After screening, the material that meets the specifications enters into sand making machine and enters into fine crushing then shape sand making. The material that does not meet the specifications is returned to impact crusher to continue crushing. Finally, after screening and cleaning by the sand washing machine, qualified finished materials are obtained.
