Case Introduction

After a long period of investigation and selection, Mecru was finally chosen. After on-site inspections by engineers and combining customer needs, the 240t/hour river pebble sand production line was configured for the customer.

Detailed Configuration

The main equipment includes: vibrating feeder, C series jaw crusher and C series high-efficiency impact sand making machine, equipped with YK vibrating screen and bucket wheel sand washing machine to form a completed production line. And according to customer needs, a fine sand recovery machine is configured for the customer to recycle and reuse the fine sand. The finished product has excellent sand grain shape, high cleaning rate and low loss.
