Case Introduction

The customer's manganese ore is mainly produced by rhodochrosite and calcium rhodochrosite, followed by manganese calcite. After research by the technical design team of Mecru , it is recommended that the user adopt a strong magnetic separation process, which can make the manganese ore in a higher magnetic field strength condition. It can achieve better sorting, achieve a balance between yield and grade, and bring high benefits to users.

Detailed Configuration

The mined ore is initially crushed by the jaw crusher, and after being crushed to a reasonable fineness, it is evenly sent to the ball mill through the elevator and the feeder, and the ore is crushed and ground by the ball mill. The ground minerals are classified by the classifier according to the size, the unqualified minerals are sent to the ball mill for further grinding, the qualified minerals are sent to the magnetic separator for rough separation, and then enter the second magnetic separator for refining. The mineral particles after preliminary separation by the magnetic separator are sent to the flotation machine, and different drugs are added according to different mineral properties to separate the desired minerals from other substances. Finally, it is dried in a dryer to obtain dry minerals.
